For QAR 1,000/year, Inventory adds warehouse and location management, transfers, replenishment, serial/lot tracking, stock reports and controlled stocktaking with approvals and recounts. Connected WhatsApp notifications require WhatsApp Automation too. Basic quantity updates do not require Inventory.
Approved scope: Website, POS and Invoicing include recipe definitions, estimated material costs and automatic sales-linked component deductions without Inventory or Manufacturing. Shared recipe screens and deduction workflows are subject to release verification before rollout; this is not a claim that all are available today.
Consumption follows the configured sale, fulfilment or production event and must be recorded only once. For products made in advance, production consumes materials and the later sale deducts finished goods. Recipe costs estimate materials; waste, substitutions, labour and overhead can change the actual cost.

Additional training or guided assistance costs QAR 200 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments at QAR 100 per increment, with approval before additional time is used.
Diagnosing and correcting faults in Systemy is included and does not consume the training and assistance allowance, even in a booked session. Outside working hours, support applies to Systemy faults that interrupt customer operations.

Approved package scope is separate from released functionality. Shared recipe access, specialised refund handling, membership tiers, purchase-earned cashback and expiry/export automation require release verification. Confirm availability for your required workflow before subscribing.
Whenever Systemy sends from a connected WhatsApp number, including a manual Send button. Explicit sharing through your own WhatsApp phone, desktop or web app is exempt. Existing included connected sending continues through the current paid term. Affected business-app customers will receive a tested personal-sharing option before the new WhatsApp requirement applies at renewal.
Invoicing creates manual quotations and sales orders and handles delivery, invoices, credit notes, payments and customer balances. Website manages customer-placed website orders through the same lifecycle. Accounting adds the full financial workspace, reconciliation, ledgers and tax-return reports. Country-compliant sales documents belong to the sales channels for supported countries; country and release coverage must be confirmed. Professional tax filing is separate.
Bookings includes a basic hosted booking or registration page in its approved scope; a full website or online store requires Website. Loyalty Programs apply only to your subscribed sales channels. Ordinary POS tables and floor plans remain part of POS. Release availability must be confirmed for the required workflow.
Updated rollout policy: paid operations stop at the end of the paid term. That app’s exclusive history remains read-only and exportable for 30 days, then its workspace closes. Shared records needed by other active apps remain accessible through those apps. Records remain retained while the business account is active. Expiry/export automation must be verified before rollout.
Updated rollout policy: days 1–30 allow read-only access and complete export; days 31–90 are a closed, recoverable archive. The database/archive is deleted after day 90. Residual backups may remain during days 91–180 and are purged by day 180, except specific legally required retention. Availability and charges for restoration from residual backups are not yet settled.
The approved policy includes a free complete export during an active subscription and the final 30-day export window, subject to access rights: structured data and linking IDs, financial PDFs, attachments and stored e-invoice/authority files in usable formats with an index. Complete export delivery is a rollout requirement, not a claim that every exporter is available today. Customers must export and retain their own records before deletion. Source code and bespoke migration work are excluded.
The approved schedule is 30 and 7 days before renewal or scheduled cancellation, with one combined notice for items ending together. Payment links include renewing items only. Email is standard; SMS and WhatsApp may supplement it without requiring the recipient to subscribe to WhatsApp. Further notices cover expiry, the end of export access and scheduled deletion. This notification schedule is subject to rollout verification.
Inventory expiry must not block basic sales in active apps: new serial/lot capture stops, tracking history has a 30-day read/export window, and existing details on shared documents are preserved. Existing customers using serial scanning without Inventory keep it through their current paid term, with advance notice before renewal. A financial refund must not automatically restore ingredients already consumed; the actual usable return or waste determines stock treatment. These behaviours require implementation and release testing before enforcement.
