Users and POS branches
10 customer users are included per business, shared across all subscribed apps and locations. Each additional user costs QAR 200 per year.
Count each active named person once, including PIN-only POS cashiers, across backend, mobile and POS access. Disabling all access frees the seat without deleting history. Employee records without access and Systemy support accounts do not count. Purchased capacity reductions take effect at renewal.
The Point of Sale app includes 2 POS branches. Each additional POS branch costs QAR 1,000 per year. Several registers at one branch count as one branch. Inventory is optional, regardless of branch count. Customers without POS do not incur this branch charge.
Business apps and complete package
The subtotal for business apps and AI is capped at QAR 12,000 per year. At that amount, the complete package includes all 11 apps and AI. Additional users, POS locations, hardware and other services are charged separately.
Hosting, backups and fair use
Hosting and automatic backups are included. Subscriptions are subject to fair use of database size, uploaded files and system resources. If additional capacity is needed, we explain the requirement and agree any additional charge beforehand.
Support and training
WhatsApp, phone, email and remote assistance: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM, Qatar time.
Each business app includes 30 minutes of booked training and technical support per month, capped at 2 hours per business. Configuration help and how-to questions use this allowance; Systemy defect fixes do not. No carry-over. Additional time: QAR 200/hour.
Sessions are booked in advance during working hours, remote by default and on-site by agreement. The format, duration and any additional charge are agreed when booking. There is no fixed minimum duration for an on-site visit.
Additional training or guided assistance costs QAR 200 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments at QAR 100 per increment, with approval before additional time is used.
Diagnosing and correcting faults in Systemy is included and does not consume the training and assistance allowance, even in a booked session. Outside working hours, support applies to Systemy faults that interrupt customer operations.
The optional AI assistant does not add training time. AI training can use your existing allowance. The complete package includes AI and receives the same 2-hour monthly maximum.
Customizations, new features, change requests and setup work beyond the included guided assistance are quoted separately and require approval before work begins.
Existing customers
Existing customers retain their current pricing and allowances until renewal or an agreed change.
